Yes. Most of our engagements start with a focused infrastructure assessment that's appropriate for SMBs as well as larger orgs.
+How do engagements start?
A 30-minute consultation, then a written proposal. Most clients begin with the Infrastructure Assessment package.
Training
+Do I need prior tech experience?
No. We start from IT foundations and take you through Azure and hybrid infrastructure. We accept career changers, help-desk professionals, and IT generalists.
+How long is the cohort?
The SysOps Cloud Engineering cohort runs over several months with live classes, hands-on labs, assignments, and a capstone project.
+Is it live or self-paced?
It's primarily live (with recordings), so you get real mentorship — not just videos.
+Are payment plans available?
Yes. We offer multiple plans (Starter, Professional, Premium Career) and flexible payment options.
+Do you help with job placement?
Yes. Resume, LinkedIn, mock interviews, and ongoing job-readiness support are included starting at the Professional plan.
